Michael Rainone (NY) President president@arcb.net Michael holds a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts from the School of Visual Arts in New York. In addition to earning a living as an artist he has worked in construction as a carpenter. After completing his initial reflexology training with the Laura Norman School he received national certification with ARCB in 2001. His service to the reflexology community took the form of being president of the New York State Reflexology Association 2003-2005. Presently he serves NYSRA in an advisory capacity and remains a member of the newsletter committee as well as webmaster for the NYSRA web site. He joined the ARCB Board in 2006. He has presented reflexology workshops at the New York College of Podiatric Medicine, the Laura Norman Reflexology School, and has been a teacher at the IM School of Healing Arts in New York City. He maintains a private practice in reflexology and the healing arts.
Lucy Scarbroug  (TN)        Vice President & Continuing Education Committee Chair cec@arcb.net Lucy holds a B.A. in Social Work from Lambuth University and an M.S. in Counseling from the University of Memphis. She began reflexology classes in 2000 with the International Institute of Reflexology, and became a certificant of ARCB in 2002. She is also a nationally-certified Aromatherapist through ARC, and a Reiki Master/Teacher. She joined the ARCB Board of Directors in 2007. Lucy is chair of the continuing education program.

Perry Dickinson (WY) Treasurer treasurer@arcb.net Perry is a graduate of Penn State University with a B.S. in Accounting. His interest in Complementary Alternative Medicine began with a fascination for energy and energy work, receiving his reflexology training in 2004. Perry became an ARCB Board Certified Reflexologist in 2006 and is also a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist and Reiki Master Instructor.  Perry’s past service to the reflexology community includes serving on the board as treasurer for the Reflexology Association of America. Perry joined the ARCB Board in 2008.

Rachel Lord (CO)    Continuing Education Committee Member ced@arcb.net Rachel, RN, BCR, CMT, MH is the founder of Just for Health School of Reflexology and Healing Arts featuring programs in Professional Reflexology and Botanical Medicine.  She has a private practice as a Clinical Herbalist, Reflexologist and Massage Therapist.
Sharon Vermeulen (MI) Director             Administrative Secretary info@arcb.net Sharon, ARCB certified in 2008, she is  a past music teacher who has also worked in management and customer service for 15 years. She is the owner of ‘Still Waters Wellness’ reflexology practice.  She is participating in the Michigan State University Breast Cancer Study and enjoys educating the public about the benefits of Reflexology.
