The ARCB is an independent, non-profit organization offering the only psychometrically valid national reflexology certification exam and works closely with legislators and law enforcement across the nation to protect the public from unscrupulous businesses (aka "Bad Actors") purporting to offer reflexology. The ARCB has been instrumental in the passage of many state reflexology laws and exemptions across the US.

The ARCB Standing Committee on Legislation was established to ensure reflexologists are credentialed independent of other health care therapies in each state in the US. The Committee has developed a toolkit to help you and/or your state organization walk through the legislative process.  The toolkit can be found below.

The ARCB is available to all state reflexology organizations and individuals for consultation regarding legislative initiatives and options on the state and local levels.
