The Five Fundamentals of Foot & Hand Reflexology:

In this 6-week online class, students meet once a week for 2 hours to learn about the fundamentals of foot and hand reflexology. 

• Students will learn 5 essential reflexology techniques and 5 relaxation techniques.
• Students will be introduced to Chantel's reflexology methodology and techniques as well as the subtle techniques that help to move the client into deeper levels of parasympathetic states.
• Students will be able to identify the 5 vertical and horizontal zones for reflexology map identification and what lies within each zone.
• Students will be able to list and describe where the body's organs, glands, and external structures are in the human body and in the reflexology map.
• Students will gain competency in executing the reflexology techniques on their hands and feet with appropriate pressure to stimulate and/or calm targeted areas.
• Students will explore an intuitive approach to their hands-on work.

Dates: Saturdays: January 3, 10, 17, 24, 31, February 7, 2026
Times: 12pm PST // 3pm EST

Location: Live Online via Zoom
ARCB CEs: 12 Continuing Education Credits
CERTIFICATE: Certificate of Completion will be provided
